Bespoke Evolved Process:

    • Understand your pain points

    • Determine if and how BPS can support you

    • You must meet our three core values as a client:

      • Establish mutuality in all relationships

    • After the call, we will send you some homework and ask you to finalize the title and salary range, review our agreement, etc)

    • Next Step: You sign the BPS recruiting agreement, pay the $9k assessment fee, and complete the client intake form. Reminder: The $9k fee is deducted from the placement fee that is invoiced on your new hire’s first day of work.

    • You join a 60 minute Zoom meeting with Team Bespoke (Our founder, Recruiter, and Executive Assistant). Together, we will:

      • Conduct a 360 degree review of your culture, expectations, and past experiences

      • Identify unique aspects of your family and of the role

      • Chat about what has / has not worked in the past

      • Talk about what success looks like for the new hire in the short and long term

      • Finalize the job title, salary range, etc

      • Define the interview process

      • Discuss the importance of your continued engagement throughout the recruiting process

    • After the call, BPS will:

      • Create a unique job description

      • Create an Interview Tracker

      • Create a Scoring Rubric

    • Next Step: You sign off on the Job Description and Scoring Rubric and BPS will begin sourcing candidates!

    • This begins the cyclical portion of the process

    • Bespoke will search our network, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify potential candidates for your specific role

    • Matching candidates have screening interviews with Bespoke’s Recruiters over Zoom

    • Next Step: Successful candidates sign our NDA and Candidate Agreement and the complete our Candidate Questionnaire and the PrinciplesYou personality test

    • For each candidate, The BPS staff Writer will create a comprehensive Candidate Profile that will be sent to you via email

    • In that email, you will receive:

      • A bulleted list of highlights from our team’s conversations with them, from their resume, and from their candidate questionnaire

      • Contact Information (phone and email)

      • Interview Availability for the next two weeks

      • Attachments:

        • Resume

        • Candidate Questionnaire

        • Interview Tracker

        • Scoring Rubric

        • Personality Test Results

    • Next Step: You review the Candidate Profile and request an interview or decline the candidate by sending feedback to BPS. Your feedback really helps us refine our search. This process repeats with each new candidate we source for the role.

    • Once a candidate is chosen for an interview, we will:

      • Coordinate a Zoom interview with you and the candidate

      • Request post-interview feedback from you and the Candidate and provide feedback in an open, honest, and transparent way

      • Update the Interview Tracker with your feedback and (if the candidate is outed), your reasons for disqualification of non-ideal candidates

    • This process repeats until we find “the one.” Your involvement is the key to success for this process. Your timely feedback and open communication keep the process running smoothly.

    • Every week you will receive a comprehensive update from us summarizing the activities and action items of the week, so you can access all new candidates and updates in one place.

    • Next Step: Once you’ve selected a candidate for an offer, we will wind down our sourcing efforts and move into the next phase: Hiring Finalization.

    • Once “the one” is selected, we will work with you to create an offer letter and negotiate their salary, benefits, and start date

    • We begin performing reference and background checks

    • The candidate signs the offer letter, contingent on the outcome of their background and reference checks.

    • Once you review and approve the reference and background checks, we finalize the hire

    • Finally, we discuss our one-of-a-kind mentorship program, where we will work with you and the successful candidate for 90 days after their start date to help ensure their success in their new role.

    • Next Step: We will invoice you for our placement fee (33% of annualized salary, minus the $9k initiation fee).

    • We believe in long term relationships of mutuality. To this end, we offer our mentorship program for the first 90 days after placement. Here’s what that program looks like:

      • We will work directly with the placement, offering support, advice, and guidance as they become acclimated to their new role. This usually takes the form of a weekly Zoom and many one-off text and phone conversations.

      • We will have frequent contact with you to head off any potential issues and help ensure the placement’s success. Normally, clients prefer a weekly or bi-weekly check-in to discuss the placement’s development and ask/answer questions that have arisen since our last conversation. By this point, we’ve normally built a strong relationship, so we will remain available via text and phone to you during this period. Feel free to reach out any time!

    • After the 90 day period, you and your new hire will retain access to our extensive personal and professional networks of vendors and private service contacts

    • Next Step: We hope to have built a lasting relationship of mutuality where you are excited to refer Bespoke Private Service to your network and also to return for future hires
